Discovery Meetings The initial meeting(s) we hold is called the Discovery Meeting. These are intended for us to get to know each other and to determine if coaching is right for you at this time and if I am the right coach for you. Discovery Meetings are complimentary and hold no obligation other than to decide whether to engage in a formal Personal Consulting relationship or not.
Personal Consulting Meetings Baseline Consulting is usually one session per week for one month. This frequency is because it often takes that time to get into the rhythm of a coaching relationship as well as to discover the true goal that you wish to work on. This schedule is variable based on your commitment and availability: you can accelerate it if you desire.
After the Baseline Consulting is complete you may elect to continue with your coaching with a Month to Month engagement or find savings with a 3 or 6 month personal consulting commitment. In these cases a schedule of every other week often works well because this provides ample time to complete assignments between meetings. In-between session checks can occur at any time.
Options and Value-Based Fees
Baseline Coaching - $500
Karl Bimshas Consulting works directly with you in an Accountability Partner setting for one (1) month. This includes a recap of the initial discovery meeting, goal worksheet, one consulting meeting every week with in between meeting availability.
3 Month Personal Consulting Package – $1,500
Karl Bimshas Consulting works directly with you in an Accountability Partner setting for three (3) months. This package contains the elements of Baseline Coaching and continues with additional tools for one session every other week for three months.
6 Month Personal Consulting Package – $3,000
Contains the same elements of the 3 Month Personal Consulting Package with customizable accountability methods and a flexible schedule for six months.
