There are four stages to the Karl Bimshas Consulting Process. Each one builds off of the other and we don’t progress until you’re ready.
Discovery - Chemistry is an important part in choosing who you want to work with. You want to view your consultant as a peer and potential partner to help with a particular issue. During the Discovery Stage we get to know each other and discuss the business outcome you desire or condition you want to improve. Once you’re comfortable we arrive at a conceptual agreement which ensure our values are congruent and we determine the most appropriate level of involvement to reach your objective.
Proposal - The conceptual agreement produced during the Discovery Stage is the foundation for the Proposal Stage. Karl Bimshas Consulting provides you with a proposal that is based on achieving clear business outcomes. Your proposal will include a brief understanding of Current State, our objective for the project, progress metrics used toward meeting our objective, a brief description of methodology and options, schedule, joint accountabilities and terms and conditions.
Engagement - The Engagement Stage begins upon your acceptance of the proposal. Elements of each engagement are unique and are described in the proposal however standard process includes validation of key business drivers, confirmation of improvement goals, assembly of a relevant team, the implementation of the solution, mechanisms to deliver and the monitoring of results.
After Action Review - After implementation of the solution Karl Bimshas Consulting holds an After Action Review session to mutually assess the success of the engagement and to offer suggestions for future improvements. This action formally closes the engagement on the proposed agreement.

Here's Why Value-Based Fixed Fees Are Best
Karl Bimshas Consulting services are customized with a value-based fee because doing so puts a cap on your investment. With a fixed fee you know exactly what you’re investing in and there are no surprises. You don’t have to worry each time you request my help that there might be a meter running.
I believe it’s unfair to place you in the position of making an investment decision every time you may need my help. Your team should feel free to ask for my assistance related to the negotiated project without additional budgetary approval. Doing otherwise can make them resistant to sharing their perspective and delays the communication of important information. Working together this way ensures there’s no debate about what is billable time or what should be done on site or off site.

Here are a few of the great things people have said about Karl Bimshas.
“Karl is a strategic thinker who looks at opportunities in many different ways and will challenge the status quo in an effort to continuously improve things.”
Tim Rafael, Vice President Client Operations, Xerox Corporation
“Karl has a keen understanding of what is most important in an organization to measure. By creating a picture of success, he is able to then match a process that will support the picture of success as well as create success metrics for the organization. Karl uses leading edge technology to communicate to/with the stakeholders.”
Frank Marshall, Chief Operating Officer, Rancho Santa Fe Technology
“I personally benefited from his communication ability and learned not only application of various marketing and development tools but to evaluate and measure how and if these tools worked well under certain conditions or with particular clients and customers. He has a keen aptitude in evaluating, then tailoring, a sales approach that focuses on what the customer challenge is and how to best address it. I have learned a great deal from his ability to craft proposals that truly speak to solutions without unnecessary complications.”
