1. Accountability Many people don't like the word accountability because they feel saddled with responsibility. Some fear it because it implies structure and they're "too creative" for that or they worry they will be a disappointment. If you really want to achieve your goal, solve a problem and achieve more, then your passion will be greater than the fear of accountability. With an accountability partner, you get things done faster.
2. Fresh Perspective Thinking about your dreams or goals but taking no action to achieve them eventually becomes boring -- because it's just talk. People don't work on boring things. Boring things do not inspire. You could be waiting for just the right moment, when conditions are perfect. They never will be, so if that's what you're waiting for, forget it. Instead, find someone who can bring a fresh perspective. Albert Einstein said, "You cannot solve a problem from the same consciousness that created it. You must learn to see the world anew." If you do what you've always done then you'll get what you've always gotten, maybe less. If you've done nothing -- you get nothing.
3. Confidence Let's be candid, if you haven't worked on your dream, problem or goal by now, there is plenty to blame it on, but the underling reason is, you've lacked confidence. When you have low confidence in your own abilities you talk more than you do. I believe you have the confidence within, you've just shrouded it.
